🧩 Context & Role:
Altrion is looking for a Support Specialist to ensure application support, continuous improvement, and coordination of Microsoft-related environments, with strong interaction across IT and business teams.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up support tickets (Level 2 support)
• Assist end users and key users, including training and documentation
• Coordinate with IT teams on infrastructure and architecture topics
• Prepare and manage Microsoft release upgrades and test campaigns
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base

🔧 Continuous Improvement:

• Collect and analyze system evolution needs
• Validate business requirements with key users
• Contribute to decision-making on system changes (governance / prioritization)
• Propose and implement improvements and automation
• Develop reporting dashboards (Power BI / Atlas)

🛠️ Key Skills:

• IT support (Level 2) and ticketing management
• Microsoft environment & release management
• Reporting tools (Power BI)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge management & documentation
