Altrion is looking for an experienced PLM Project Manager to lead end-to-end PLM implementations and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

Project leadership

• Lead full lifecycle PLM implementation projects
• Plan, track and deliver projects using tools like Smartsheet

Business analysis & requirements

• Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments

Transformation & system migration

• Manage legacy system replacement (e.g., Andromeda PLM)
• Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption

Risk & quality management

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Oversee testing phases and ensure quality delivery

Stakeholder & change management

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Drive user adoption and support change management initiatives

Key skills:

• PLM implementation & project management
• Business analysis & requirement gathering
• Risk management & issue resolution
• Stakeholder communication
• Testing & quality assurance
• Change management & user adoption
• Project tools (Smartsheet or equivalent)

Profile:

• 8–12 years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments
